The staff made all the difference
During our stay, the friendly staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always with a smile and ready to help. The tidy room was serviceable for our needs.
A significant drawback was the lack of smaller towels in the bathroom, leading to wasted water while waiting for hot water to flow. This should definitely be addressed.

explore amazing parks and attractions just steps away
I loved how easy it was to stroll to the nearby New York Botanical Garden, just about 2 km away, and to check out the vibrant atmosphere of Arthur Avenue Retail Market, which is less than a 15-minute walk from the hotel. walking through these areas made my weekend feel extra special and full of local charm. The room was clean and cozy, making it a nice place to recharge after a day of exploration.
